Join us for our January WOCAN Speaker Series event featuring Jing Liao, Chief Administration Officer at Solera. Women of Color represent only 6% of all C-suite executives, and Jing is a powerhouse executive that is leading the way in automotive and beyond, and elevating other women while she’s at it.

Jing Liao is the Chief Administration Officer at Solera and also serves as Managing Director of Talent with Vista Consulting Group, responsible for leading all Vista portfolio companies talent strategy, with a focus on developing and deploying holistic talent and culture best practices and solutions that drive high growth and value creation across Vista’s portfolio companies.

Under Jing Liao’s leadership and direction, Solera launched a Women in Solera (WINS) leadership academy whose global reach now extends to 820+ women in Solera management plus all women in technology and product functions at Solera. Through consistent, intentional sharing of the Solera leadership playbook, Jing and her team have been able to elevate all leaders at Solera and cultivate a culture of constant learning and growth.

Jing has previously worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SoFi and has held various board positions across various organizations. Jing Liao received a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industry Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, and also holds a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry from Peking University.
