Women of Color Automotive Network (WOCAN) was founded by four successful women in automotive who seek to attract, connect and empower women of color in the automotive industry.
What WOCAN Offers
Awareness
We bring awareness to the opportunities for women of color across the automotive industry, offering the chance to connect and learn from successful women in the business.
Empowerment
We educate and empower women of color through career resources and information, scholarships, and capital to start or grow their career/business in the automotive industry.
Community
We provide a safe community for women of color in automotive to network, find mentorship, and make new friends!
