It’s SPRING and this APRIL we are highlighting an amazing Black woman making history in automotive, Janae Andrews, QUEEN OF SALES.
Janae is an award winning Auto Sales Consultant at Champion Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep that dominates in a male dominated industry, selling approximately 60 vehicles per month, 6X the monthly sales of the typical automotive retail salesperson. She has accomplished all this success with three years of experience and being a mom to three.
Janae will share her story and secrets to success, including how she sets herself apart through a differentiated customer experience, personal branding, marketing, and networking. In Janae’s words, “if you are in the car business and you have ‘down time’ you are doing something wrong. From follow up to phone calls to maintaining my marketing, I’m always busy. I sell cars and enjoy every second of it.”
